Joanne had long envisioned creating a spa-like business, making her partnership with Angeli, a fellow Registered Nurse with extensive aesthetic experience, a perfect match. Together, they founded Glass Skin RN.

With 18 years of medical nursing experience career, She have worked in Military nursing, Remote site nursing, Medical-Surgical units, Telemetry, Travel nursing, and Labor & Delivery/Postpartum (LDRP). This diverse background has given her a comprehensive understanding of patient care across multiple specialties, and is now transitioning into aesthetic nursing completing the full spectrum of nursing care, giving her the strong foundation of discipline, precision, and excellent patient care. As a Certified Neurotoxin and Dermal Fillers Nurse Injector, she specializes in microneedling, dermaplaning, IV hydration, and weight loss treatments. Having personally experienced acne challenges, She approach each client with empathy, understanding their unique skin concerns. Her goal is to provide natural, refined results that enhance individual beauty while ensuring the highest standard of care.
